How do we ensure the right to fair trial is upheld during a pandemic?
Various aspects of this question will be discussed by the panel members. Together they will shed new light upon the issues facing Courtrooms and criminal proceedings during a pandemic. The speakers will present their views for 15-20 minutes after which there will be time for questions and answers. The seminar is free of charge and no registration is required.
